1. Overview

At TshirtLoop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our return, exchange, and refund procedures.

Important: Most of our products are custom-made to order. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Standard Products (Non-Custom)

Blank apparel without custom designs may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

2.2 Custom Products

Custom-designed products are final sale and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: Errors in printing, stitching, or materials
  • Incorrect Product: Wrong size, color, or design from what you ordered
  • Damaged in Transit: Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Our Error: Mistake in production or fulfillment

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered wrong size (please check size guide)
  • Design doesn't look as expected (preview is accurate representation)
  • Color variations due to screen display

3. Manufacturing Defects

3.1 What Qualifies as a Defect?

  • Print Quality: Faded, blurry, peeling, or cracked prints
  • Misprints: Wrong text, images, or placement
  • Material Defects: Tears, holes, stains, or fabric issues
  • Stitching: Loose seams, unraveling, or poor workmanship

3.2 Not Considered Defects

  • Minor variations in print shade (±5% color difference is normal)
  • Slight texture differences (inherent to printing process)
  • Minor imperfections in fabric (natural for cotton)

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us Within 30 Days

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for defect claims):
    • Full product view
    • Close-up of defect
    • Packaging (if damaged in transit)

Step 2: Await Authorization

We will review your request within 2 business days and provide:

  • Return authorization (RMA number)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid shipping label (if eligible)

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Pack item securely in original packaging (if possible)
  • Include RMA number on package
  • Ship to provided address
  • Important: Do not ship without authorization - unauthorized returns will not be refunded

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days
  • Refund/replacement: If approved
  • Email notification: Status update

5. Refund Methods

5.1 Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 5-10 business days after approved return received
  • Bank/Card Posting: Additional 3-10 business days (varies by financial institution)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

5.2 Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Product price + original shipping (if defect or our error)
  • Partial Refund: Product price only (customer returns for non-custom items)
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable (except for defects/errors)
  • Return Shipping:
    • We pay: Defects, wrong items, our errors
    • You pay: Standard returns (non-custom items)

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card → Same card
  • PayPal → PayPal account
  • Invoice → Bank transfer or credit note

6. Exchanges

6.1 Size Exchanges

For standard products only (not custom designs):

  • Request exchange within 30 days
  • We'll ship replacement size (if in stock)
  • You pay return shipping
  • We pay new shipping

6.2 Defect Replacements

For manufacturing defects:

  • We'll reproduce and ship replacement at no cost
  • Rush production if possible
  • Free shipping

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier
  • We'll assist with carrier claims
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders

7.2 Incorrect Address

  • If you provided an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund
  • We may reship to correct address at your expense (if package is returned to us)

7.3 Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • If you refuse delivery or don't claim package, return shipping fees will be deducted from refund

8. Bulk Orders

For orders of 50+ items:

  • Contact us before placing order to discuss custom return terms
  • Sample approval recommended
  • Proofs required for all custom bulk orders

9. Rush Orders

  • Rush Fees: Non-refundable (you paid for expedited production, which was provided)
  • Product: Refundable if defective

10. Promotional Items

  • Free items or promotional gifts are non-returnable
  • Discounted items follow standard return policy but are refunded at discounted price

11. International Returns

11.1 Process

  • Contact us for authorization (same as domestic)
  • Return shipping: Your responsibility (unless defect)
  • Customs fees: Non-refundable

11.2 Refund

  • Original product price
  • Original shipping (if defect)
  • Currency exchange rate: Rate at time of refund, not original purchase

12. Cancellations

12.1 Before Production

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it if production has not started:

12.2 After Production Started

  • Cancellations not possible
  • Order is considered final

13. Chargebacks

Important: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraud and may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Legal action to recover costs
  • Chargeback fees ($25-50) added to debt

14. Restocking Fees

  • Standard Products: No restocking fee
  • Bulk Orders (50+): 20% restocking fee may apply for non-custom items
  • Custom Products: Not eligible for return (no restocking fee applies)

15. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective item:

  • We'll replace it for free
  • Or provide a full refund
  • No questions asked (with photo proof)

Sizing Disputes

Customer-Selected Wrong Size

If you ordered the wrong size based on your own selection, this is not eligible for a free return or exchange for custom-printed products. You may place a new order at the correct size. For blank/standard products, standard return policy applies.

Sizing Chart Inaccuracy

If the product measurements do not match our published sizing chart (measured flat, with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches), this qualifies as a manufacturing defect and is eligible for a full refund or free replacement. Please measure your garment and compare to our size chart, then contact support with your measurements.

Recommendation

We strongly recommend consulting our size guide and measuring a similar garment you own before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Contact [email protected] for sizing guidance before placing your order.

Reporting Defects — Required Documentation

To process a defect claim, you must provide:

  • Photos: Clear photos of the defect, including a full product shot and close-up of the issue (minimum 2 photos)
  • Order Number: Your original order confirmation number
  • Description: Written description of the defect and how it differs from what was ordered
  • Timeline: Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 14 days may be denied at our discretion

Shipping for Defective Items

For confirmed manufacturing defects, TshirtLoop will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it — in most cases, we will ship a replacement immediately upon claim approval.
